Return Policy

At Sterling Paw™, we understand that memorial items are deeply personal.

Because of the custom nature of many of our products, personalized items are final sale. and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 14 or 30 days of delivery, depending on the policy you want to use, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
• Items must be approved before being returned
• Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected
